Paleo-Seti - Ancient Cultures and Technologies

Are there signs of conact between humans and astronauts from outer space in ancient times? That's what this site is all about. What seems a silly quest at first, is a very valid question after a closer second look.

The theory of extraterrestrial contacts in the past is nothing new. Erich von Daeniken published his book "Chariots of the gods" in 1968 which caused a major stirr-up in the scientific and popular culture. Very few other books were received with so much praise and - equallly - so much dismay. Even before von Daeniken's book there were some authors that proposed the ancient astronaut theory. Robert Charroux and Wladislav Saizev just to name a few.

I started to be captivated with the Ancient Astronaut Theory with the tender age of 15. Ever since then I travel around the globe to ancient places in order to study them myself and draw my own conclusions. Some of the results of those studies you can find within these pages.

Unfortunately - within the last ten years or so - overall interest in the ancient astronaut theory diminshed significantly. In my opinion this has several reasons:

- A general shift in society, especially in the age group of 18-30. Science and Science fiction is "out and nerdy", Facebook, Twitter and the newest Cell-phones are "in". People nowadays are so busy with updating their Facebook status and reading the newest gossap of their friends, there is hardly any time for anyhting else, especially not looking for evidence of aliens from outer space among old stones.

- The critics of the Paleo-Seti did a really good job in ridiculing the theory. Paleo-Seti and the Ancient Astronaut Theory is now in the same category as Ghosts, Crystals and all kinds of other esotheric mumbo-jumbo.

- The Paleo Seti Researchers themselves are to blame as well. Many are just in the field to "make a quick $" and write poorly researched books. They copy among each other without checking sources etc. Many "warm up" old stuff that has been published hundreds of times without checking what the "established" scientific world has to say about it or information is already outdated.

With this webpage I want to present my own research and findings as well as photographs of ancient sites and mysterious places, some of which you will not find anywhere else.

My biggest hope is that this page will encourage other people to go out research, and look at the ancient sites. Travel the world! It's the best you can do for your mind and soul.
